What is your least favorite thing about model railroading?

Diagnosing an electrical problem is worst. DCC is so much easier as long as you still have power regions!  Second worst is moving a layout not designed to move..

When working on this layout, what jobs will you enjoy the most?

Experimenting with scenic methods. Finally getting to build some structures instead of rolling stock and locomotives.  Operating my trains after spending time building individual models, but not having had a layout in which the equipment belonged for over 10 years.  Just looking at a scene that I got “right.”  Bench work can be fun too, but working with scenery bases, whether hardshell or foam, is not a thrill.
