| SOU #772 This locomotive had the following characteristics:
The 772 was mentioned in the A&Y correspondence as working the north end of Pomona Yard along with A&Y 845 and Southern Railway 1866 and 637. It was not clear if the 772 was working for the Southern only or also for the A&Y. Unlikely that the 772 was lettered for the A&Y. The 772 was retired in September 1951 according to the roster recorded by R.E. Prince.
