| A&Y #25 This locomotive had the following characteristics:
This freight 4-6-0 was retired in March 1926. Originally a CF&YV locomotive, it was sold to the Southern as part of the A&Y and eventually became part of class E. Under Southern ownership it may have started as A&Y #25, but was renumbered #476 and then 935 by 1902. In 1903, it was renumbered to #1449 to fit with other acquired E class locomotives. In 1907 to make room for new Pacifics, the class was renumbered from #14xx to #34xx and this locomotive became #3449 until retirement. Photos:
