Personal Interview Survey Page 13

When would you like to start on your layout?

The sooner the better. I don’t want to lose the space to other family needs as happened in the last house.

When would you like to be finished with your layout?

Are you ever finished with a layout?  Actually, I have no clear time limit as long as progress is being made.  I’d like to have some track work in place and operating within a year, but that’s about it.   I have a 4x6 on 4-leg table ‘layout’ composed of an oval with passing siding of Bachmann EZ track on plywood for testing my DCC and playing around.

If you could own someone else’s layout, any layout in the world, who’s would you have?

I probably don’t know the layout that I would really want…I’m sure one’s out there, but that Ma&Pa layout by Stan White in the Dec ’05 MR has got to be the most desired of those I know about.
