Station Directory #5, dated July 4, 1912.  I have attempted to copy it exactly as printed, except I have eliminated irrelevant columns and explanation items.  For example, the original chart has separate columns for the mileage to the freight and passenger stations, but as they are all the same on the D&W I have combined them into a single column.  It may contain typographical errors (for example, the station number for White Siding should logically be 51, not 11), but I have chosen to present it as originally published.
